into sharp focus by diminishing return to tracks and horsemen on
increasing handle. The NTRA Wagering Task Force has documented the
critical roles played by legal, accounting, mutuel, and administrative
managers in constructing a simulcasting network that maximizes its
revenue potential. SIMULCASTING 101This popular session on basic simulcasting procedures is recommended for those in their first or second year of simulcast operations. This beginning ‘class’ offers an overview of simulcasting fundamentals as well as a forum for newcomers’ questions.
