Equibase Company LLC

Equibase Company LLC is a general partnership of subsidiaries of the TRA and The Jockey Club. The Company was formed in 1991 to provide the Thoroughbred racetracks of North America with a uniform, industry-owned database of racing information and statistics. In 1998, Equibase became the sole data collection agency and provider of racing data to the Daily Racing Form.

Through its website, upgraded mobile platform and mobile applications, Equibase offers a comprehensive menu of handicapping products, statistical information and video race replays in support of the North American Thoroughbred racing industry.

The Equibase Racing Yearbook™ app, which allows users to watch video replays and view results of all graded stakes races on their iPhone or Android device at no charge, was ranked as one of the “100 Essential Apps of 2010” by an independent reviewer of Apple products. A web version of the Equibase Racing Yearbook is available on the company’s traditional website, as are expanded North American racing statistics that include searchable statistical profile pages for horses, jockeys and trainers as well as expanded racing leaders’ lists.

Equibase’s wholly owned subsidiary TrackMaster is also a leading provider of value-added handicapping information to racing fans through trackmaster.com and its mobile platform.
